CenterPoint Drafting & Design is led by residential designer Terry Koehl, who brings more than 25 years of experience in residential design and construction documentation.
CenterPoint Drafting & Design specializes in custom residential projects where thoughtful planning, architectural character, accurate documentation, and attention to detail matter.
Technology has changed dramatically over those years, but the objective has remained the same: create homes that function well, look right, respond to their setting, and can be clearly communicated to the people responsible for building them.
