The mission of CenterPoint Drafting is to design tomorrow's structures today with detailed & accurate plans. Our broad portfolio of successful projects and accomplishments speaks for itself.

CenterPoint Drafting owner Terry Koehl began his career over 25 years ago by working in the field for a general contractor building custom homes from the  foundation up. His career then took him into the office where he began his design career drafting for a structural engineering firm. During his time in this position as CAD Manager he worked on numerous projects, varying from large commercial buildings to custom residential homes often creating solutions for complex design issues.

In addition to Terry's professional experience, he also earned an Associates degree in Architectural Graphics from Yavapai College in Prescott, Arizona. While at Yavapai College Terry was honored to have his home design selected for construction not once, but twice, by Yavapai College's Construction Building Technology department. The design for the second year was part of the program that received top honors in the 2004 National Association of HomeBuilders Green Building Award.

Today, Terry continues to provide exceptional designs and solutions for CenterPoint Drafting's clientele. Utilizing years of design experience from small garages, to multi-million dollar homes, combined with a knowledge of structural components, Terry assists our clientele in creating unique designs that reflect our client's dreams, goals, and lifestyles.
